Renovation of the old LCBO into a new Multi Use Medical Clinic

A multi phased renovation project for existing offices including a major upgrade to the buildings HVAC system.

Demolition of the original bar area and conversion into a Banquet Hall extension making the the facilities one of the largest in Thunder Bay.

Renovation of the old Bank of Montreal in Victoriaville Centre into the new Provincial Courthouse as well as renovation of various spaces for City of Thunder Bay Offices and Cashiers Payment Centre. The work also included a major upgrade to the HVAC control systems for all the City Of Thunder Bay Office spaces.

Renovation of the Kindergarten classrooms and the creation of a new daycare centre.

Design Build for a complete exterior and interior renovation of an existing building on Court St including the installation of a Barrier Free Lift.

Renovation of an existing building into an program and accommodation building for an alcohol treatment program being tested by the Shelter House.

Installation of a new DNA analysis lab.

A complete reconstruction of locker rooms and showers plus redoing the pool deck and interior pool repairs. The work also involved replacing the existing moveable bulkhead with a new easier to move floating style. The bulkhead was delivered in one piece 5 ft high by 50 ft long so it was a major feat getting it into the building and placed in the pool.

A major renovation to the existing trades school building at Confederation College included a new lecture room, a complete demolition and retrofit of the welding shop, and an addition to house a large boiler to be used for class instruction.
